Last week, I made this ===>
My spaghetti con karne.
Yes! And my brothers loved it.
They finished the whole pan (1 Kg) within the day.
Oh yeah, those 3 can eat like a monster!
And today, since my youngest bro, Raymond, requested that we have Beans Italino for lunch, i prepared one.
But of my fear getting any sort of casualties from cooking, (like [1] cutting my fingers, [2] dropping the knife, almost hitting my feet, [3] knocking off glass, etc. Hahaha....such clumsiness!!! I never out-grown that since I was a kid), because I always get one whenever i attempt to cook or help at the kitchen.
So, I let my father do the chopping of the baguio beans and the onions.
And that's it, all the ingredients were ready. All I have to do is cook them.
But, goodness, I really have a bad omen whenever I cook. Huhuhu. Poor me.
Guess what? I got this:
Hhmmmm, maybe i should give myself a break from cooking. Hehehe. Mmmmm, Yeah! Sounds a great idea! Will let my parents do what they're best at. :P
I find this on Mean's page... looks khul, so I tried it as well.
Here's what I got:
They are my Celebrity look-alikes: (L-R)
1. Jodie Sweeetin = 71%
2. Jamie Lyn Spears = 62%
3. Kirsten Dunst = 62%
4. Bonnie Pink = 60%
5. Michelle Rodriguez = 58%
6. Salma Hayek = 58%
7. Anna Paquin = 56%
8. Susanna Hoffs = 56%
*Ahem*.....what can I do? I have a star-blood within! Nyahahaha *wink*

Good thing was, one of PLDT Customer Service Agent, Melvin Aquino phoned me last last weekend telling me of the 888 DSL PROMO they are currently running. By just adding few more peso on my regular PLDT land line connection, I can get an unlimited 128 Mbps link at only 888 per month. Khuliah ayt?
So, there’s so much to say and so much to write about and so so many stories and pictures to share but so so so little time to post….poor me!
Nwei, for the love of me blogging and for my ever Nth attempt to keep this page “updated”…..here’s a cheers to ME…coz I'm still on the running for becoming Philippines' Next Top Model... *toinkz* Whuat dha @%*#@^$*(@^($&@ …..

I COOKed!
Yes, and I served it right.
Today, I gave my family something to feast on.
Though it was just an easy one, still, this happens only once in a blue moon. hehehe
I really dont meddle in kitchen stuff yah know. Not my type. Well, for one, most of the time, i cut my finger whenever I hold a knife. (tsk tsk tsk... Poor me) So, very seldom will i get my hands busy with choppings.
But, today, i managed to do it.
Actually, it was all because of the "FREE TASTE " session yesterday, when me and my bro went to the grocery. Had one try and got a copy of the recipe. hehehe
My family loved it... and i was rewarded with big SMILES.
Viola! Here's the fruit of my labor. :P

Not that I don't have somewhere to go but I just dont want to move my ass.
I planned of working out at the gym yesterday, but procrastinate and said, I'll do it today...but geez, lazy me...hehehe
I am supposed to attend mass later tonight, but aaarrrrggghhhhh I am too lazy to get ready. (need to finish this so I can still catch up)
Yesterday, I watched the movie, “The Devil Wears Prada”….i did not enjoyed the movie.
Well, for one thing, I am not that soooo into branded fashion or a slave fashion. Yes, I like to dress up, accessorized and look good but not to the extent that I have to wear signature, expensive clothes, bags, shoes and even accessories. What ever suit my eyes as good and pretty, carry na! But in fairness, the robes, the shoes and almost every clothes shown in the movie were all good! Ann Hathaway looks great too!

Met mighty trees, old and new.
Shrubs and plants of all sorts, strange yet so beautiful.
Some bear flowers of startling grace, while others are just grass, pesky and useless.
As I looked at the map, it told me to go "this way".
So I followed and continue walking until out in the open, I heard chirping.
I realized that these were from different flocks of birds.
It was like an orchestra of sound and mellow.
Amalgamating the mightiest voices and sounds they can make.
One is simply amazing, capturing my being.
While the other, is a continuous cabaret of excellence from one performance to another.
Making great things possible.
I fell astound, mouth opened, fists clenched.
It was an indefatigable moment.
Then one bird captivated my sight when I was about to resign.
I never searched but he came.
Never looked but saw his exquisiteness.
I enjoyed his antics, his color and his voice.
Though not bizarre, though not phenomenal, though not eccentric and perfect like that of others, I relished and laughed at his effortless act and listened to his every chirp.
I held my heart and evoke the scene.
I don't want to stop listening but I should.
I don't want to stop watching but I should.
I don't want to leave but I should.
I don't want this dream to end ... but it should.
I don't wanna STOP!
But if I keep on ...
It won't bring any good.

Kissing
-Bliss-
The red light of the sun,
slowly descending.
The sky is all I see, it's never ending.
We could fly, you and I.
On a cloud,
kissing,
kissing.
The wind plays with the leaves,
the weather turns colder.
But as long as we believe,
love doesn't get older.
We could fly, you and I.
On a cloud,
kissing,
kissing.
On a journey of the heart,
there's so much to see.
And when the sky is dark,
you'll be right here,
right here with me.
Right here with me.
Kissing.
(Kissing, kissing)
(A journey of the heart)

Gushed some mist and then the dark clouds suddenly regress.
Repaint the sky with light blue rays of sunshine.
Enthralled by the sweet showers of stolen moments, oblivious on what sensation this may bring, I continue to gulp and taste what it offers.
Slowly, I let time pass by, but still, it came over me in a rush.
The CareBear began to decant the gloomy thoughts of thy dreams with cheezy, mushy, cuddly, sweet stuffies….so nice, so good to be true.
Then, I stepped back to thy realm.
Trying to pick the bits and pieces of that enigmatic link.
Recalling each scene while I sat, perplexed, forced to muse over and over asking myself why.
Finally, the day kissed goodbye as the night slowly embrace the blue sky.
I sat there, waiting...
waiting...
waiting...for him to hold my hand.

We warmly welcome the Balikbayans Lola Baby, Ate Bella, Ate Tata, Ate Micmic, JR and Boogie.
Ate Bella and Ate Tata are sisters, while Ate Micmic, JR and Boogie are Ate Tata's beautiful offsprings.
Boogie was so so soooo kooolit and raucous. Patting, pushing almost everyone he met along the line. Incessantly calling people "HUY, HUY" and then edgily trying to recall each Tagalog words people tell him.
Girl: Say this….Na-ka-ka-pag-pa-ba-ga-bag
Boogie: What???!!!!
Boogie: Shit Man! That was hard *iling*
--------------------------------------------------------------
Boogie : What’s banana in tagalog?
Kuya Gil: You want to know…ok, it is
SABA kapag hilaw
When ripe, it's called BANANA *sheepish smile*
Boogie: I don’t trust you!!!

I am thankful for this loooong weekend. I finally get my fingers work on my page.
Damn! I miss doing this.
So many things had happened, met different sets of people, bonded with friends, old and new. Smiles all over. Had several bottles of this and that. Spoonfuls of this and that. Sleepless nights, laughing trips, singing sessions, clappings, moving from one place to another and more of my DVD-a-Thons. Whew! Really tiring. My mind always on the loose. Wanting, yearning to do this and that simultaneously. Finally, the body can not serve what the mind commands. Wishful thinking should stop here.
Yes, I am down. For days now, I’ve been roaring like thunder. Sniffing endlessly. Man! Rolls and rolls of tissue, guzzled tablets and capsules of sorts but still, I think, the fortress should take a break. Though how powerful the mind can be, though the will is so strong, the body should take its fair share of rest.
Hah! I thought I was invincible!
Well, hard headed as I always am, I really can not let time pass by without me updating this.
And boy, I really loved to visit and bond with Keekai and the rest of Llave’s tonight and have few swigs of mmm, dunno yet what alcohol they have on the table..hehehe. I should not abuse myself too much. Mom will whack me to death if I go out of house. Hehehe. Coz despite of her constant bickering not to take bath, I still did it. ( Sabay inom ng paracetamol para mawala agad sinat ko. Hehehe)
Mmmm…just to keep myself away from boredom, I watched the ff. sweetie-thug-thug wedding films.. shed few tears and aaaayyyyys *kilig mode* as I gazed on the character’s exchange of heart felt lines and ‘cors smooching moments. :P
got to rest now...

I am not surprised by this pain, coz I normally feel this during cold season (particularly Christmas month up to February). I had an injury on my childhood days ya know. But this is taking long now. Huhuhu. Normally, at night, after I put on some pain gel and elastic bandage, the pain stops the following day.
I really detest taking medicine unless necessary. In fact, some envy me for having a strong pain threshold. Well, nevertheless, I just hope this will end soon.
Actually, I am thinking that maybe part of the culprit of this pain was my wearing high-heeled shoes lately. Coz, research says that wearing high heel shoes is not good for our feet. Yes, they will help our legs look much nicer and sexier but the down side is that our knees suffers because more of our weight that is supposed to be on our feet and or heels will be carried on by our knees. Tsk tsk tsk ... poor me. Not enough calcium I surmised. Hehehe.
Anyway, though I’m in pain, this doesn't stop me from wandering around the streets. Hhmmmm.....i wonder if I really have a mole on my feet. But up to now, I still can't find it. Hehehe.
But yesterday, I let this busy feet rest for a while and let my eyes do the work on my so called DVD-a-thon of Kim Sam Soon. I am not yet done though I am laughing my heart out on the couple. What a sweety-cutie-funny story. Making me ride on the boat of absurdity of lurve... Haaayyy. *kilig*
Well, the cloak is on me once again. Been through few emotional turmoil but I'd rather zipped my mouth and incarcerate this fingers from typing $*^#!#@ *toot* *toot* :P

1. Mok’s mysterious CD finally revealed its content. A compilation of video clips that was supposedly his anniversary gift for me. (Well, better late than never!) Well, too simple as it seems, still this made me drown and float into an emotional serenity where smiles and tears collide. The resonance of each strings plucked though flawed still gave me delight to continue to hear out not only the voice but the heart that speaks. ( Ooooohhh….mushy mushy-anone ) :P
Here are captured shots from the video clips.
2. A relaxing full body massage.
3. Bottle(s) of Beer. (Mmmm….should I declare the number? Wehehe)
4. Curiosity…. ( flavored sticks in mint, chocolate and pinks )
5. Text Msgs….
6. Sweet complements….
7. MP3s
8. Pictures
9. Memories...
And to complete the list…
10. Movie(s)
As promised to myself, I will see this movie by hook or by crook. I read the book, so I should see the movie too. Well, fictitious as it is, I am not surprised if the movie keeps on inviting inquisitive minds to witness what it has to offer religion wise or entertainment wise. Being a Catholic, I believe the movie was created not to educate nor change or confuse what the norms believed in but to simply ENTERTAIN. Our Faith should not be shaken that instant. And if by any chance the storyline it depicts is true, I don’t care. Bottom line is, Jesus is a Man and a God. He SAVES US from sins and is all that matters.

Actually, I didn’t have any choice but to let my thoughts wander in the air for the meantime as I was really dead beat at work. ( ok. Change topic. Just the thought of it wears me out *sad face* )
Well, first thing first, Since I now belong to a new group, I was moved from a previously spacious working place to a smaller table, close to “crowded area”, to which I am not so satisfied because I have lots of stuff and I still can’t figure out up to now, how am I supposed to squeeze in everything.
The only advantage I take pleasure in is that I have seatmates now and I am far from the “ear squeaking” voice of my boss (Whew!) Plus, I can surf non-business pages without the anxiety of being caught by the President who always meander around the office. :P
As u know, my new working space is NOT along the main walkway now. Hehe
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Her Keekainess finally managed to meet up with me. Surprisingly, while I’m doing my never-ending workload, she pops out of the blue and hand over a very cute kikay green top plus Mok’s intriguing CD!
She warned me not to wear it if I will wander along Quiapo. :P
*esep #1* She reasoned out that someone might kidnap me for having this glittery bling-blings.
*esep #2* My guess was, someone might approach me to read their future using this darn poker and or tarot cards or the least, someone might just held his/her hand on me and let me read his/her palm. Hahahaha (Ala -Madam Auring??!! )
As for the CD (with out the case), tsk tsk tsk *sigh* really, really Mr. KURI a.k.a “Sticky-Rice” (according to Pond…hehehe) I still don’t have the chance to see it. Hhhhmmmmmm, I wonder what’s within?
----------------------------
Just yesterday, I almost knocked myself unto the pavement on my way to work. :-(
I was in this so lady-like dress. A plain navy-blue collared shirt, accentuated with pink beaded necklace, matched with my very floral A-cut skirt.
And to top the get up was my black 4-inch high heel-single strap stiletto…
And ofcourse, I had with me my so girly golden-weave hand bag.
I was really, really ashamed. Geeezzzz, I felt all eyes laid on me that instant. Coz one of my heels tripped as I descend from the vehicle………and the rest was history :P (interested souls wanting to know the details can ask yours truly in exchange for a bar of chocolate….*clap* *clap* *clap*)
mmmmmmm……really drooling for chocolates.
Well I had my fair share of very chocolate / rocky road / cookies and cream, cup-full of ice cream yesterday afternoon….yum yum!!!

With Whom: Lady, Ate Jet and Lady's officemates in URC.
Where: Fontana Leisure Park, Pampanga
It was my 2nd time to visit Fontana Leisure Park, but still, I don’t find the place amusing.
Here are the ff. reasons why I haven’t had fun. Well, If I were to rate the fun…it will be 4. (10 being the highest)
1. Well to start with, we left URC at almost 8am, while on the road, i tried to bury myself reading another Mitch Albom's book, "the five people you meet in heaven". But at pass 9am, the Van we rode overheat, and so, we had no choice but to pullover on the side road.
While the driver was trying to rejuvenate the car’s engine…I took the liberty to capture nature’s beauty.
Then I noticed, we stopped at a nearby ranch coz I happened to spot these horses.
Tik tak tik tak….the time was speeding fast…and the car was still at no good condition. They kept on pouring water. Few minutes more, 2 patrol van stopped. Cors’ they asked Q’s on how and whys…but I’m not interested to listen to them. Instead, I pacify myself on taking these pictures.
Hehe..Fenk Flipflops. ( Left: Lady / Right: Mine)
Arm trinkets (Lady's bracelet, Ate Jet's watch and My colorful arm band)
Free from Traffic
My Shadow
2. At pass 10am, the sun was roaring so so sooooooo hot!!! We are all sweating to the max. The other vehicle to rescue us was still 45mins away. Our van was towed to Mexico Tollgate because the policemen told us we shouldn’t be on the highway too long. Coz we might…take note on the “might” caused traffic. Haller!!!! As if!!!
3. Lady’s office mate Herbert was a pervert .
4. Lady’s gir officemates were Te-Ma-Arts. Even Ate Jet, despise them as well…hehehe.
5. Fontana was not really an interesting place for me. But being a photo aficionada, I can not let the day passed without taking pictures…hahaha
6. The van didn’t made it by dusk, so we end up taking the bus way back home. :-(
And tonight, since I will surely be dang busy at work, I need to do my online stuff…for almost 5 hours now, I’ve visited my regular fav sites, checked emails, friendster, read blogs, etc. and someone caught me at this view….busy blogging.
Eeeeewwwww oily face. Haven’t had my bath yet…hahaha

Destination : Sariaya, Quezon
Purpose: Attend a wedding.
This was an invitation two weeks ago. And since it was my beau’s mom who invited me, I couldn’t say no. Well, actually, I refused the April 15’s family swimming at Bulacan coz, I am restless after Visita Iglesia on Maundy Thursday and Way of the Cross on Good Friday. So I really have to make it this time.
I actually set my cell’s alarm at 2:00am since we will leave at 3am. But Tita Lolly woke me up at 1:30 am. I only had 2 hours and 30 mins sleep. L
So, I took another shower and dress up. Put on my blue blouse and white pants. The same pair I wore way back 2004 as my Elegant Casual outfit for our Christmas party. So this was just the 2nd time I wore them again.
At pass 3, Me, Tita Lolly and LA were off the road. A few chit-chat inside the car and then….there was I, snoozing, trying to hit dreamland despite of the bumps and thuds of the car.
Next thing I knew, the sun was slowly creeping, inching way up, flinging warm rays, bringing light to the sleeping fields of Lucena. I attempted to steal its beauty. But I was too darn sluggish to get my camera inside my bag.
At pass 6am, we hit Sariaya. 8am was the wedding, so we just went to the reception to meet the couple. Anthony Reception Hall, 5km away from the Protestant Church (UCCP). When we arrived, we were all baffled. It was not the typical reception halls we see here in Manila. Well, it was way too far from what I expected. I thought my attire was just plain and simple. But it appeared I was overdress as a guest. Well, Tita’s dress and LA’s semi Barong were just perfectly fine since they were both part of the entourage. Good thing, I had slacks than a dress or skirt. But still, people gazed at me as if I am a celebrity. Duh! I should have brought my signing pen with pink glittering fur on the tip. Hehe.
Ok, actually, I am a celebrity…NOT but a make up artist wannabe. Used, the ever reliable eye shadows and foundation courtesy of my ever generous Ate Mae. *wink*
Well, the reason being why I was invited to this affair was to be Tita Lolly’s make up magician…and not a make up artist…hehe
Put on my prowess to make Tital Lolly beautiful but the colors I chose was too light that it doesn’t appear vivid on the camera. Well, Free service doesn’t always come that good. Hehe
Nwei, during the mass, two angels caught my attention. Wanting to capture their innocence and endearing wit with my humble Canon Camera. Boy, I really wanna be a photographer. Given a chance, I wanna learn Photography. And I will try to buy and invest a real camera with long lenses plus other accessories to capture breath taking smiles, faces, sceneries, events, etc. Hah, the passion for pictures is really running in my veins.
And so here they are.
And there she was, the young bride. She loves to go back and forth the isle while others were busy taking pictures at the altar. And she was too bouncy that whenever I found her in a perfect angel, she just moved in a quick span.
Well, here were some of few chances I caught her idle.
And, after the normal ceremonies done in wedding receptions, we tried to stay a little longer and mingle with the crowd. At pass 1 PM, we bid our last “Congratulations and Best Wishes” to the newly wed, Rowel and Mary Flor.
On our way back to Manila, Tita was hunting for the Virgin Coconut Oil from Quezon tipped by one of her acquaintance that were really good. So we tried stores and stalls but to her despair, found only Flavored Lambanogs, fruits and other Quezon Delicacies.
At almost 4PM, my feet finally touched Caloocan. And since it was Sunday, I attended the 4PM Mass to complete my duty as a Catholic. An hour for our Lord. Well, I was so darn exhausted by the long journey that I snoozed during the mass. *guilty mode* So, i didnt took communion.
Before 6pm, I am finally home. I fell asleep as early as pass 8PM. Woke up at pass 11PM, munched on something my stomach to grind over the midnight and headed back to dreamland again. I ended sleeping more than 12 hours and so, I take a day off from work just to revitalized myself. Hehe
Now I have the energy to blog and post my thoughts until the wee hours of the night. hehe

(Inside card) - It's almost like you're still here.
10. Congratulations on your new bundle of joy...
(Inside card) - Did you ever find out who the
father was?
11. You are such a good friend. If we were on a
sinking ship and there was only one life jacket...
(Inside card) - I'd miss you terribly and think of you often.
12. Your friends and I wanted to do something
really special for your birthday...
(Inside card) - So we're having you put to sleep.
13. Looking back over the years we've been
together, I can't help but wonder...
(Inside card) - What was I thinking?
14. Congratulations on your wedding day!...
(Inside card) - Too bad no one likes your husband!
15. Each time we make love is like the first time...
(Inside card) - Coz none of them are worth remembering!
so....what number fits you? nyahahaha

I feel like i have no teeth at all...so light. hehe
But actually, i wanted to keep it. I'm missing that feeling now. Lips at *pout* mode always. :P
Having braces is like being "so young". Patwi-tums, pa-cute, feeling Kolehiyala.
Whew! I remember the pain, the adversities i've gone through.
Not able to masticate my fav food. And I always have this "Singaw".. eeeewwwww *sakit* :-(
But it was over. Now i just have to face the single wire retainers for 6 months to a year.
One thing for sure, I will still smile my heart out.
Here's the proof :

Crisp, dry leaves...
As i stepped on it/them,
The sound of it...is like music to my ears. An amalgamation of crackling resonance.
The sensation it brings, a sudden gush of exhilaration.
Wanting me to go for one step, another, and then another.
One big leap, make it two, three, and then another, here...there, everywhere there is one dry leaf.
The colors, though desiccated, sign of demised beauty...still brings joy and smile to my very existence.
I don't know why, but for me...its magic.
Dry leaves...any size, any type as long as it is not soggy, brings me in high spirit...always!
